  1. Eligibility
    The hackathon is open to participants under the age of 18. Proof of age and parental approval will be required to claim prizes.

  2. Submission Guidelines
    Participants can submit multiple entries, but each entry must be unique to its respective category. Entries can be in the form of a picture/image, Scratch project, HTML, Code.org, or Python code.

  3. Submission Deadline
    All entries must be submitted by February 28, 2025.

  4. Expert Vote
    An expert panel will evaluate entries based on creativity, technical skills, and alignment with the theme. Expert votes will carry significant weight in determining winners. Expert voting will occur simultaneously.

  5. Public Vote
    Public voting will take place from March 1 to March 15, 2025. Participants are encouraged to promote their entries for public votes through social media and other channels.

  6. Winners Announcement
    Winners will be announced during the last week of March 2025. Prizes will be awarded to the top entries.

  7. Prizes
    Prize details will be announced on the event platform. Prizes are non-transferable, and decisions are final.

  8. Judging Criteria
    Entries will be judged based on creativity, innovation, technical skills, and adherence to the theme. The decisions of both the public and expert votes are final.

  9. Communication
    All important updates and announcements will be communicated through the event platform and registered email addresses.

  10. Code of Conduct
    Participants must adhere to a respectful and positive code of conduct throughout the event. Inappropriate content will result in disqualification. By participating in the hackathon, you agree to abide by these rules. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the criteria or violate the rules.
